Payment

I would like to join the Explore Your Wild Side! Wild Swim and Yoga Retreat in France, May 10 – 17, 2025 with Wendy Yorke.

I understand that the international currency options for payment are as follows; Euros

The preferred payment method is by online transfer.

Includes luxury accommodation, three fresh organic meals a day and all transport in France.
Single room: €1,600Shared room, two people: €1,300Eco yurt glamping: €1000

Cancellation policy

The registration is valid after the payment of your deposit of €250, which is part of the retreat fees and for which you will receive an invoice from Wendy by email, after submitting this form.

The remaining retreat fees are due in full, 8 weeks before the planned stay, for which you will receive an invoice from Wendy.

If the booking is cancelled at least 8 weeks before the stay, half of the deposit is refunded.

If a booking is cancelled between 7 and 3 weeks before the stay, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.

If a booking is cancelled less than 3 weeks before the planned stay, 20% of the total payment will be refunded.

A cancellation after submitting this form must be notified in writing, by email to Wendy Yorke at wwendy.yorke@gmail.com
