Payment

I would like to join the Writer Retreat in France, 5th – 12th October 2024, with Wendy Yorke.

I understand that the international currency options for payment are as follows; British Pounds Sterling or Euros, depending on the exchange rate at the time of booking.

The preferred payment method is by online transfer. I choose to pay:

Cancellation policy

The registration is valid after deposit of £700 (or €800), which are part of the retreat fees. If the contract is withdrawn up to 60 days before the beginning of the Retreat, 100% of the fee will be refunded after deduction of the deposit of £700 (or €800). Up to 30 days before the beginning of the Retreat, 30% of the Retreat fee will be refunded after deduction of the deposit of £700 (or €800). After that the participant has no right to a refund. A withdrawal from the contract must be notified in writing.
